There will be a minimum of two minutes added on at the end of this match.

Up next for Manchester City is a trip to the John Smith's Stadium on Sunday for a date with last-place Huddersfield, who will be playing their first Premier League match without David Wagner in charge. Wolves will look to rebound back home as they welcome Leicester to the Molineux on Saturday.
86'
Look at Ederson! The keeper comes more than 40 yards off his line to produce a pair of important touches to help City avoid disaster following a ball over the top that the defence didn't deal with. The supporters loved that.
84'
Everyone back for Wolves as City have suddenly ramped up the intensity. The visitors have shifted their focus to trying to avoid conceding again. It doesn't appear as though they're going to find a shot on target over these final minutes.
80'
More pressure from City as they suddenly turn on the style. They have upped the tempo here and look like adding even further to their lead, but a good bit of defensive play from Doherty denies a threatening attack as they have to settle for a corner - one which amounts to nothing in the end.
78'
C. Coady is unfortunate, scores an own goal!
CITY PUT THIS ONE TO BED! 3-0! Three goals, three points for the hosts as De Bruyne's cross from the top-left corner of the penalty area takes a slight touch off Saiss and then Coady, before running all the way through and in at the far post! It's a slice of luck for City, and about sums up the way the game has been going for Wolves.
76'
S. Agüero enters the game and replaces Gabriel Jesus.
Aguero has not appeared in a match for City since the win over Liverpool, so his emergence on the touchline earns an applause from the supporters in the Etihad, and they grow even louder as Jesus' number is called. He goes off to a standing ovation following his brace.
74'
İ. Gündoğan enters the game and replaces L. Sané.
Pep goes to his bench for a second time as he adds an extra body in midfield in the form of Gundogan, with Sane the one to give way.
72'
M. Gibbs-White enters the game and replaces João Moutinho.
A third and final change for Wolves sees them bring on young attacker Gibbs-White, with Moutinho giving way to make room.

Description
70'
Camped out in attack once again are the hosts, showing even less urgency as the clock continues to wind down. Until Wolves show that maybe they can rustle a few feathers in attack, City have no reason to force the issue.
68'
Wolves have been unable to generate anything going forward. They've struggled in attack since the sending off, but it's been especially dire in this second half, and they haven't been helped one bit by Jota's subbing off.
66'
NOT FAR AWAY! A clever switch of play leads to a shooting chance for De Bruyne, but he just gets under his venomous volley from 25 yards as it sails over the bar! That was struck with a ton of power and looked to have the beating of Patricio had it been on target.
62'
K. De Bruyne enters the game and replaces David Silva.
City go to the bench for the first time tonight as De Bruyne is brought on for the final 30 minutes at the expense of David Silva.
59'
R. Saïss enters the game and replaces Diogo Jota.
A second change from Wolves is quite the defensive one as Saiss replaces Jota. Perhaps they are selling out in an attempt to keep this scoreline as is.
58'
Credit to Wolves for not just packing bodies deep in defence. They're looking for opportunities to win the ball back and they aren't set up too compact, either, with bodies pushing a bit higher up so when they do win the ball back they have a realistic chance to threaten on the break.
56'
Much of the same here as City work the ball around among one another on the fringes of the final third, content to take their time and wait for their openings. They have a firm grasp on proceedings.
54'
Offside! Another chance falls for Sane as he gets on the end of a clever throughball from Jesus - the striker turning scorer to provider - but Sane just fails to time his run properly as he's flagged for offside. City quickly win the ball back, though, as the pressure stays on, but a tame strike from Fernandinho results in a straightforward stop for Patricio.
50'
Massive let-off! City lull Wolves to sleep following another spell in possession, before a quick attack leads to a big shooting chance for Sane from 15 yards, in all sorts of space. The Germany international snatches at the chance, however, scuffing his contact as he sends an effort embarrassingly wide of the near post.
48'
City are in complete control in the early stages of this second half, in no rush as they patiently pass the ball around just inside the attacking half. That might be a familiar sight over the final 45 minutes.
46'
Adama Traoré enters the game and replaces R. Jiménez.
Back underway at the Etihad!
Wolves make one change at the break as Traore comes on to replace Jimenez in attack.
45' +3
HALF-TIME: MANCHESTER CITY 2-0 WOLVES.
45' +2
The tempo has slowed considerably with City more than content with the position they're in, while Wolves are keen to get this into the break and put a nightmarish first half behind them.
45'
As a result of the delays stemming from the sending off and the Jesus injury, there will be a minimum of three minutes added on at the end of this first half.
43'
While Wolves were building some momentum following the nightmarish start, they've essentially gone and put the nail in their own coffin with that penalty. It's taken the wind out of their sails as City are dominating possession now with half-time rapidly approaching.
39'
Penalty goal scored by Gabriel Jesus for Manchester City!
TWO TO THE GOOD! Jesus makes it 2-0 as he sends Patricio the wrong way to covert from the spot. Goals in three straight now for the striker, who has scored seven times over that span.
35'
Another City attack amounts to nothing as a short corner routine eventually results in a pass straying behind for a goal kick. Outside of the goal they've looked surprisingly stale in attack for a side who have scored 16 goals over their last two matches.
33'
A decent spell of possession for Wolves leads to them committing a few extra bodies forward, but the end result is a disappointment as an attempted switch of play runs out for a City throw. Still, signs of encouragement for the hosts.
31'
Full credit to Wolves who have really done well to settle into their shape since the sending off. They've seen a bit less of the ball, but that's been the only noticeable change since Boly's red card. They haven't let City carve out a chance.
23'
It's one-way traffic now with City really forcing the issue, and that figures to be the case for the remainder of this match. Wolves will need to be clinical with their opportunities, which should be quite limited with City sure to dominate possession the rest of the way.
21'
The task keeps getting harder for Wolves! It was a tough enough match from the start, but conceding an early goal and going down to 10 men is not a winning recipe at the Etihad. It's likely going to be a case of damage limitation for the visitors going forward.
19'
W. Boly goes off after a red card!
DISASTER FOR WOLVES! They're down to 10 men! Boly slides in recklessly with two feet and makes contact with the ball initially, but catches Bernardo Silva dangerously with his follow-through! That really is a brutally unnecessary challenge from the centre-half, who is given his marching orders by referee Craig Pawson!
14'
Fernandinho gets yellow.
Jota is sprung into space down the left before being hacked down from behind by a bad foul from Fernandinho, who is issued an early caution.
12'
That's exactly the sort of start Wolves would have hoped to avoid, falling behind so early, especially after an encouraging start. Surely it will prompt Nuno to change the approach, though Wolves have shown they are comfortable playing from losing positions, coming from behind to beat both Spurs and Chelsea this season.
10'
Gabriel Jesus has scored a goal for Manchester City! Assist by L. Sané.
CITY HAVE THE BREAKTHROUGH! 1-0! Simple, direct football from the hosts as Laporte carves Wolves apart with a delicious ball down the left to play in Sane, who squares for Jesus to turn in from point-blank range as the striker continues his scorching form!
Sane pieced together a nice run and a wonderfully unselfish assist for Jesus, but Laporte's initial ball deserves a ton of credit as well.
9'
Both sides have been able to work the ball around well in the attacking half, showing a good understanding on the front foot. Still awaiting the game's first chance, but both outfits are appearing eager.
5'
Wolves produce a decent response as they get forward to win themselves a corner. Boly rises to meet the ensuing delivery, but he can't get his effort anywhere close to the target.
3'
Good early pressure is applied by City, as a cross in from the left proves a bit problematic for Wolves, though the visitors eventually deal with the threat. City look hungry to keep the momentum going.
1'
AND THEY'RE OFF! Wolves are in their classic gold tops and black shorts as they get the match underway, with Manchester City in sky blue and white.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of this Premier League match as Manchester City welcome Wolves to the Etihad!
Manchester City return to Premier League action tonight for the first time since that all-important win over Liverpool, and they do so in remarkably impressive form as they come into this match on the back of 7-0 and 9-0 victories in the FA and EFL Cups.
While Pep Guardiola’s side have not dropped a beat in 2019, they still find themselves playing catch-up in the title race, with Liverpool winning yet again at the weekend to restore their seven-point lead at the summit – one the Citizens will be hoping to shrink back to four tonight.
On paper this would appear a daunting test for Wolves, but Nuno Espirito Santo’s have made a habit of rising to the competition, beating Liverpool, Tottenham and Chelsea all over the past month.
The top half of the table beckons for 11th-place Wolves, who would climb all the way into eighth with another upset tonight. They should be full of belief having been the first side to take points off City this season in August’s 1-1 draw at the Molineux.
CONFIRMED TEAM NEWS:
MANCHESTER CITY (4-3-3): Ederson; Kyle Walker, John Stones, Aymeric Laporte, Danilo; Bernardo Silva, Fernandinho, David Silva; Raheem Sterling, Leroy Sane, Gabriel Jesus.
SUBS: Riyad Mahrez, Kevin De Bruyne, Sergio Aguero, Fabian Delph, Ilkay Gundogan, Nicolas Otamendi, Arijanet Muric.
SUBS: Romain Saiss, Ivan Cavaleiro, Morgan Gibbs-White, Ruben Vinagre, John Ruddy, Helder Costa, Adama Traore.
Gabriel Jesus has a pair of goals and Wolves are down to 10 men following Willy Boly's sending off as Manchester City are in complete control as they look to make it four wins from four at the Etihad in 2019.
Wolves can't exactly afford to take many risks either, given they are playing a man down. They have attacking options to turn to off the bench, but with City scoring at will of late, Nuno will not want to leave his side even more exposed.
That's all for our live coverage, thanks for following along. Goodbye!
