It's 1-1 at the break, despite Liverpool dominating the vast majority of the game and having some really good chances to increase their lead. Mane finished off a superb Liverpool move to put the hosts ahead midway through the half after a frantic opening 15 minutes, as the game was played at a terrific pace. Liverpool had chances to double their lead, but a mistake from Alisson allowed Lingard to equalise against the run of play. The Liverpool keeper fumbled Lukaku's cross and spilled the ball straight into the path of Lingard, who made it 1-1 from close range.
After struggling to cope with the pace of the game for half an hour, United got back into the game and slowed it down and gained some possession, but Liverpool will be wondering how they haven't gone into the break ahead, after causing United all sorts of problems at the back.
That's all from us today folks, we hope you enjoyed the game!
This victory moves Liverpool a huge 19 points ahead of United, who sit sixth in the table, just one point above Wolves and 13 points off Chelsea in fourth spot.
