70'
NO GOAL! Barnes thinks he's doubled Burnley's advantage after the ball is deflected into his path, before the striker slips the ball under Gomes into the centre of the goal. However, the flag is up for offside, and after some discussion, the decision stands! Barnes was offside when the ball was played, but it did come off a Watford defender! Burnley are furious.
67'
NO PENALTY! Carrillo runs into the box, but he can't get the better of Tarkowski, and goes down under challenge. Another contentious one - there's definitely contact, but is it worthy of a foul?

Gudmundsson slipped the Canadian international in well, and his team-mate was calm in the box to finish!
44'

Pereyra can count himself rather unlucky as he has to be hooked for Holebas, who fills the gap left by Zeegelaar at left-back. Watford are now playing a 4-4-1.

SAVE! Gudmundsson wins a free-kick on the edge of the box after a clumsy, late challenge from Cleverley. He dusts himself down to take the free-kick, and it's fired over the wall and towards the bottom-right corner, but Gomes somehow gets across to keep it out!
13'
Wood places the ball low towards the far corner from the right-hand side of the box, but it's tame and an easy take for Gomes.
10'
A short Watford corner is worked to Zeegelaar, whose delivery is headed away before Pereyra smashes a volley into the crowd of players in the box! It's blocked away though and Burnley hold out. Watford have definitely started stronger here.

And we're off at Turf Moor as Burnley get the ball rolling for the start of the first half!
Hello and welcome to our LIVE coverage of the Premier League fixture between Burnley and Watford at Turf Moor.
The line-ups are out, and we'll start with the home side.
The two sides sit seventh and eighth, respectively, separated by just three points in the table. If Watford win this game by a margin of two goals or more, they would leapfrog the Clarets.
The hosts come into this game in good form, having suffered just two defeats in their last six games, while Watford have only claimed seven points in that period. However, the Hornets have faced tricky fixtures in that time, including visits from Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur in their last two games, losing 4-2 and drawing 1-1, respectively.
Clarets boss Sean Dyche is forced into two changes from the side that lost 1-0 against Leicester City last time out, with Robbie Brady facing a lengthy spell out after having to be taken off in the first half of that game, while Ben Mee has also been ruled out after needing stitches on a cut he sustained above his knee. Scott Arfield and Kevin Long come in as like-for-like replacements.
Last season was the first time these sides met in the top flight, winning one game apiece. However, the Hornets are winless in nine league visits to Turf Moor (D4 L5) since a 3-2 win in April 2004, when Burnley boss Dyche played for Watford.
Burnley have kept four clean sheets at home in the Premier League this season, conceding just three goals and never more than once in a match. However, Watford may feel confident of ending that run, having scored at least twice in each of their seven Premier League away games this term.
Young Brazilian forward Richarlison has been key to that, having been involved in seven goals in those seven away games this season with four goals and three assists.
Watford have used the most players in the Premier League this season (26), while Burnley have used the fewest so far (18).
Watford boss Marco Silva makes two changes from the 1-1 draw against Tottenham, as right-back Kiko Feminia is replaced by Daryl Janmaat, while Sebastian Prodl makes way for winger Andre Carrillo, facilitating a switch in formation from 3-4-2-1 to 4-2-3-1. He leaves former Burnley striker Andre Gray on the bench on his first return to Turf Moor since joining the Hornets in the summer. The Englishman is joined by Issac Success, as the young forward makes a return to the squad following injury.
And there goes the half-time whistle! A half full of talking points as Zeegelaar was sent off for a reckless lunge on Defour, before Richarlison was denied a penalty after being tugged down in the box. Gudmundsson then played Arfield in to calmly slot home for 1-0, and the hosts were denied a penalty claim of their own as Arfield's flick in the box appeared to strike a Watford defender's hand, but that was also waved away. It's 1-0 to Burnley at the break, and the visitors have a lot to do in the second half.
And there's the full-time whistle! An entertaining game that largely lacked end product burst into life at the end of the first half, when Zeegelaar was sent off for a lunge on Defour, before Richarlison was denied a penalty for Watford. Arfield's cool finish soon after proved to be the difference, and he was denied a penalty himself for handball just before half-time. Watford came out with plenty of energy in the second half - despite being a man down - but couldn't find an equaliser. It finishes 1-0 to Burnley here!
