87'
Sergi Roberto enters the game and replaces Sergio Busquets.
86'
L. Suárez has scored a goal for Barcelona! Assist by Neymar.
Neymar unselfishly tees up Suarez for his hat-trick by sliding the ball to his team-mate when through on goal after latching on to Messi's pass.
GOAL!!! Suarez completes his hat-trick to secure the La Liga crown for the Catalan club. Messi opened up the Granada defence with an incisive throughball for Neymar, who instead of shooting rolled the ball to his team-mate to provide the simple finish. Unselfish work from the Brazilian and now the visitors can celebrate.
85'
Suarez collects the ball and tries to drive at the Granada backline and into the box. Doucoure gets across the Uruguayan, who just does not have the legs to beat the attention of the defender as Fernandez is able to gather.
83'
Neymar bursts down the left flank and sends a cross all the way to the back post for the run of Suarez. However, on this occasion the flag goes up against the Uruguayan.
82'
Barcelona have been solid at the back all afternoon, and Granada appear to be all out of ideas on how to get back into the match. It's been an excellent display all round from Enrique's men, one which should secure the title.

A. Turan enters the game and replaces I. Rakitić.
Turan comes on for the final 11 minutes to replace Rakitic.
Granada win a corner off the legs of Alves and they pile men forward into the box. The loose ball falls to Doucoure on the edge of the box, who takes a fresh-air swing while Loban fails to connect properly as well, allowing the visitors to clear the danger.
77'
David Barral enters the game and replaces Y. El-Arabi.

Costa catches Pique with his elbow in an aerial tussle and gets booked by the referee.
El-Arabi makes way for Torres for the final 13 minutes.

Mascherano is unable to continue following his tumble down the right and is replaced by Mathieu.
74'
Andrés Fernández gets yellow.
Piqué gets yellow.
Pique is booked for his part in the melee in the middle of the pitch.
Fernandez raced about 50 yards from his goal to take part in the melee, and gets a booking for his troubles. Quite harsh as it seemed that he was breaking up an argument between Doucoure and three Barca players.
72'
Suarez goes down in the centre cricle, but Cuenca opts to play and tries to find El-Arabi in the box. The forward appears to be offside, cueing a furious reaction from the entire Barcelona line-up as they race forward to confront the Granada man. Handbags ensue before the referee brings the melee under control.
70'
Mascherano displays his quality at the back as he thwarts an attempt by Cuenca to raid past him down the right flank, guiding the ball out for a goal-kick. The Argentine goes down in pain and requires treatment on his calf on the sidelines.
68'
Granada are not backing down in the second half compared to their lacklustre display of the opening 45 minutes. Gonzalez's men have been much more of a threat in the final third, and are giving Real Madrid a glimmer of hope.
66'
CHANCE! Rico sends a corner in from the right towards the penalty spot, allowing Doucoure to rise highest in the area and head towards goal. The midfielder's effort loops dangerously towards goal, but lands onto the roof of the net, much to the relief of Ter Stegen.
65'
Fran Rico gets yellow.
Castro gets a caution for his tackle on Iniesta.
64'
Fernandez comes to the rescue again for the home side as he reads Alves's cross into the box to gather at his near post ahead of Neymar. Messi was the architect of the opening as he cut apart the Granada defence with a sublime throughball, but there was no reward for the visitors.
62'
Rubén Pérez gets yellow.
Granada work the ball well on the edge of the box with Doucoure and Cuenca before it goes back to Ruben Perez. He strikes with power from 30 yards, but the effort goes harmlessly wide of the post.
Ruben Perez goes into the book for a challenge on Neymar. He probably should have been booked for his tackle on the Brazilian in the first-half.
60'
CHANCE! Neymar comes within inches of adding a third goal as he latches on to Suarez's low cross, but Fernandez sticks out a hand to make the vital stop and Costa hammers away the loose ball from danger.
58'
CHANCE! Ter Stegen makes a crucial save to deny Fran Rico from 12 yards as the midfielder burst forward into the box. El-Arabi played an incisive throughball for Fran Rico's run behind Alves, and he held his composure to shoot on target, but the Barcelona keeper was there to keep him at bay.
55'
CHANCE! Messi hits his set-piece with power towards the top corner, but Fernandez gets across to palm his strike away from the net.
54'
A. Doucouré gets yellow.
Messi weaves his way in and out of challenges on the edge of the box before Doucoure decides he has had enough of the Argentine's trickery by bringing him down 30 yards from goal.
52'
Alves has the freedom of the right flank as he latches on to Iniesta's pass and he bursts towards the byline. The Brazilian sends a low cross towards the near post, but Suarez just cannot make contact with his outstretched leg. So close to a third goal for Barcelona.
50'

48'
Alba and Neymar link-up down the left flank again and the Brazilian puts a low cross into the area, but Messi just fails to time his run to make contact. Strong start to the half from Neymar.
46'
Isaac Cuenca enters the game and replaces Rochina.
We're back underway with Barcelona 45 minutes away from the La Liga crown.
Neymar makes a strong run down the left flank, but his attempted cross into the middle deflects off Lomban back into the path of Fernandez.
A change at the break for the home side as Cuenca replaces Rochina.
45' +1
The referee brings an end to the first half.
45'
There will be one minute of added time.
42'
Space is starting to open up for the visitors and by the looks of their front three this afternoon they are far from finished adding to the scoreline.
40'
Barcelona break forward from the Granada corner and Neymar raids down the left before cutting inside on to his right foot. The Brazilian launches an effort at goal, but his strike goes harmlessly wide of the post.
39'
Pique almost has a embarrassing moment as he sends the ball behind from Penaranda's cross from the right. It wasn't too far away from the post, but Ter Stegen may have had it covered anyway.
38'
L. Suárez has scored a goal for Barcelona! Assist by Dani Alves.
Alves does incredibly well to raid down the right and latch on to Mascherano's long ball. He is at full stretch to keep the ball in play, and gets enough of it to send the ball across the face of goal where Suarez converts.
GOAL!!!!! Suarez doubles his side's advantage and that should surely wrap up the title for the Catalan club. The Uruguayan's predatory instincts are on full display as Alves does extremely well to keep the ball in play down the right and his cross to the near post is pounced upon by the forward. He beats Fernandez to the cross to guide his header into the back of the net. Suarez now has 39 goals in La Liga this season.
37'
Alba looks in discomfort with his ankle as he strikes the ground in frustration following a challenge by Lopes. It seemed quite innocuous, but he might struggle to complete the 90 minutes.
35'
Penaranda bursts down the right flank for the hosts and tries to drive towards the edge of the box. However, Barcelona get plenty of numbers back to crowd out the winger before Mascherano wins the ball with a solid tackle.
33'
Busquets gets caught in the Barcelona half by a stray boot from Doucoure which catches the Spaniard's ankle. The referee awards a free-kick, but once again keeps his cards in his pocket. He has been lenient with only Busquets entering the book this afternoon.
31'
Barcelona have been patient today and not shown signs of panic despite the intense situation they find themselves in. The experience of their side is looking to be an important factor this afternoon.
29'
Neymar continues to be in the wars today as he gets brought down by Fran Rico as he attempted to raid forward down the left. No booking for the midfielder either!
28'
Alba does well under pressure at the back as a long ball forward from the home side tried to get Rochina in behind the full-back. However, Alba won the ball with ease in the air and got his side moving forward once again.
26'
UPDATE: Cristiano Ronaldo has notched his second goal of the afternoon as Real Madrid lead 2-0 against Deportivo. However, their result will not matter as long as Barcelona keep the scoreline the same this afternoon.
Messi slides the ball into the path of Suarez in the box and Fernandez commits himself by racing off his line. The Uruguayan knocks the ball around the keeper, but he just cannot keep it in play as tries to knock it back across the face of goal.
25'
CHANCE! Messi lifts his free-kick over the wall and towards goal, but Fernandez watches the ball all the way to make the save.
24'
Lopes gives away a cheap free-kick on the edge of the box by handling the ball under no pressure. An opportunity for Messi to threaten.
22'
L. Suárez has scored a goal for Barcelona! Assist by Jordi Alba.
GOAL!!!!!! Barcelona take the lead through a simple finish from Suarez. A huge goal which could be the strike that secures the title for Enrique's men. A neat one-two between Neymar and Alba released the full-back behind the Granada defence, and the Spaniard sent the ball across the face of goal where his team-mate was left with an easy tap-in from six yards.
A great assist from Alba as he plays a one-two with Neymar to get behind the full-back and his ball across the face of goal was sublime, allowing Suarez to convert with ease.
19'
Sergio Busquets gets yellow.
Busquets is first into the book this afternoon for a poor tackle on El-Arabi.
18'
Granada make a rare foray forward into the Barcelona half and the visitors' backline clear the danger from a cross as far as Doucoure 30 yards from goal. He lines up a strike, but gets the effort all wrong by firing wide of the mark.
16'
Suarez is not happy with the referee as Doucoure goes unpunished for a two-footed lunge and a handball. The Uruguayan screams at the official, who simply gestures to play on.
15'
Messi twists and turns on the edge of the box before he gets crowded out. The Argentine manages to squeeze the ball into the path of Iniesta, who shoots at goal, but his drive goes well wide of the target.
14'
CHANCE! Messi sends the ball in from the flank and Pique pulls off his marker to guide a header towards the net, but Fernandez watches the ball safely into his gloves. All Barcelona at the moment, and it looks only a matter of time before they find a breakthrough.
13'
CHANCE! Messi unlocks the Granada defence with an arcing ball over the top for Neymar. The Brazilian tries to bring the ball under control, but Lomban and Fernandez do enough between them to deny the Brazilian by deflecting the ball out for a corner.
11'
CHANCE! Neymar raids down the left flank and pulls the back towards the edge of the box for Messi. The Argentine makes room for a strike and lets fly with a powerful effort, but Fernandez does well to tip it over the bar.
10'
Pique makes an error by gifting the ball to Fran Rico, and the midfielder sends a ball over the top for the run of El-Arabi. The striker fails to take the ball in stride and he can only scuff his eventual effort at goal. El-Arabi should have done a lot better with that opening.
8'
UPDATE: Cristiano Ronaldo has put Real Madrid ahead against Deportivo. As it stands that would see Real win the title should the scoreline remain the same here.
7'
CHANCE! Barcelona are denied the lead by a fine save from Fernandez to keep out Pique's effort on the line. Messi whipped in another dangerous set-piece which was flicked into the path of the Spaniard by Mascherano. Pique headed towards the net with power, but the keeper was there to beat the ball away.
6'
Messi sends the ball into the six-yard box, but Ricardo Costa gets ahead of Suarez to head the ball behind. The defender and Pique clash after the clearance, but they quickly resolve their differences.
5'
Ruben Perez brings down Neymar on the left with a loose challenge. Barca get the free-kick, but it's the Granada man who is down in agony.
4'
Rochina puts the ball into the six-yard box, but Ter Stegen races off his line to claim ahead of the pack of players.
3'
Chance for the home side to threaten as Rochina is brought down by Dani Alves. The midfielder will send the ball into the box himself from the left flank.
2'
The visitors knock the ball around the midfield well as Granada opt to sit back and defend the edge of the penalty area. Busquets tries to pick out the run of Neymar over the top of the backline, but he gets far too much on his pass, which sails out for a goal-kick.
1'
We're underway at the Estadio Nuevo Los Carmenes.
Barca begin with a long ball down the right flank for Messi, but the Argentine just cannot rise high enough to keep the ball in play. Not the best start.
It's a simple formula for Barcelona today, beat Granada and they are champions yet again. Should they draw or lose the contest, it would open the door for Real Madrid to snatch the crown away from them if they were to take three points from their clash against Deportivo La Coruna. It will be a tense afternoon for all concerned, but Barca are no strangers to big occasions.
Good afternoon and welcome to the live commentary of the La Liga showdown between Granada and Barcelona.
Luis Enrique would have feared the worst when his side's 23-match unbeaten run in La Liga was ended by Real Madrid in El Clasico. The defeat would rock the club as they went on to lose three matches on the spin as losses to Real Sociedad and Valencia followed, allowing Zinedine Zidane's side and Atletico Madrid back into the title race. Meanwhile, they were also dumped out of the Champions League by Diego Simeone's men, opening up the possibility of a trophy-less season.
The response since their defeat against Valencia has been emphatic as the club have secured four wins on the bounce, scoring 21 goals without reply. Luis Suarez has led the way with 10 goals, including four strikes in the 8-0 drubbing of Deportivo. The Uruguayan along with Lionel Messi and Neymar are at the top of their games and seem certain to fire the Catalan club to another Primera Divsion title.
Granada have been solid since Jose Gonzalez arrived at the club to replace the sacked Jose Ramon Sandoval in February. They've won five of their 12 games under his tenure, losing only three times to Celta Vigo, Real Betis and Atletico Madrid. Their solid run of form has been enough to save them from relegation, which was secured last week following their win over Sevilla. Although they don't have anything to play for this aftenoon Gonzalez's men will still pose a threat to Barca's title hopes.
The team news has been announced and we'll start with the home side.
Barcelona (4-3-3): Ter Stegen; Dani Alves, Pique, Mascherano, Alba; Rakitic, Busquets, Iniesta; Suarez, Messi, Neymar.
Barcelona subs: Masip, Arda, Rafinha, Munir, S. Roberto, A. Vidal, Mathieu.
Barcelona have named an unchanged side from their triumph over Espanyol last week. The big three Messi, Suarez and Neymar lead the line as expected, looking to fire their team to the crown this afternoon. Ivan Rakitic and skipper Andres Iniesta will aim to carve out the openings for the talented trio from midfield, while Sergio Busquets sits in front of the back four. Marc Andre Ter Stegen continues between the sticks, while the back four of Dani Alves, Gerard Pique, Javier Mascherano and Jordi Alba will be desperate to end the season with one final clean sheet in the league.
Granada have made two changes to their side from their 4-1 hammering of Sevilla last week. Lomban and Fran Rico come into the starting line-up as Cuenca and Cristiano Biraghi drop to the bench. Youssef El-Arabi leads the line, and support could come from Adalberto Penaranda in either alongside the Morrocan or as part of a three-pronged attacking midfield with Ruben Rochina and Fran Rico.
Here we go! The players are entering the pitch so we should be underway very shortly.
STAT ATTACK: Messi has scored 11 goals in his eight matches against Granada. A good omen before kick-off for Barca.
HALF-TIME: Granada 0-2 Barcelona
Barcelona are 45 minutes away from securing their 24th league title as Luis Suarez's first-half brace has handed them a 2-0 advantage at the break. Luis Enrique's men have dominated the contest and put the pressure on Granada's goal from the off. They were forced to wait until the 22nd minute before taking the lead when Suarez converted Jordi Alba's cross at the back post, while a second followed seven minutes before the interval when the Uruguayan pounced on Dani Alves's ball into the area. The home side have not been able to muster a threat at goal throughout the first half, making life very comfortable for Marc Andre Ter Stegen and the Barcelona backline. They will be hopeful for an uneventful second half to get them over the line and for the celebrations to begin.
The players are back out on the pitch for the second half, so we should be underway shortly.
FULL-TIME: Granada 0-3 Barcelona
BARCELONA ARE LA LIGA CHAMPIONS!
Barcelona secure back-to-back crowns in La Liga by producing a fine performance to defeat Granada 3-0 thanks to a hat-trick from Luis Suarez. The Uruguayan took his tally to 40 goals for the campaign this afternoon, displaying his predatory instincts with close-range finishes. Luis Enrique's men were far from their free-flowing best today, but under the pressure it was more than enough to secure the crown.
Thanks for joining our commentary this afternoon. Until next time, goodbye.
Barcelona's success is more than deserved as they have been the dominant team in the Primera Division throughout the campaign, despite a brief lapse in April. The strikerforce of Suarez, Neymar and Messi has again blown away the competition, allowing the Catalan club to enjoy the crown for the 24th time in their history. An excellent achievement and they will look for a league/cup double when they face off against Sevilla next week in the Copa del Rey.
