The last 15 minutes of this match have been a tough watch for these Leicester supporters, many of whom have already poured out of the King Power. They've barely had possession and haven't had so much as a sniff in attack.
90'
There will be three minutes added on at the end of this match.
89'
İ. Gündoğan enters the game and replaces K. De Bruyne.
Ilkay Gundogan replaces De Bruyne with the final change of the match.
88'
A tough day for Leicester, who fought valiantly for so long, but were just undone by City's quality in the end. It could have been very different had the referee sent Kompany off in the third minute, but City dodged a bullet and turned it into a success - a sign of a great team.
86'
STAT: Gabriel Jesus has been directly involved in 20 goals in his 21 Premier League appearances (15 goals 5 assists).
84'
Bernardo Silva enters the game and replaces R. Sterling.
City's second change of the afternoon sees Sterling replaced by Bernardo Silva.
83'
H. Maguire gets yellow.
S. Okazaki enters the game and replaces Iborra.
I. Slimani enters the game and replaces R. Mahrez.
Shinji Okazaki comes on for the final minutes here, replacing Iborra.
Islam Slimani also comes on, at the expense of Mahrez.
Sterling's path is blocked off cynically by a frustrated Maguire, halting a City break, which sees the Leicester centre-half into the book.
81'
Leicester have a pair of substitutions readied, but they can't win the ball back or get the stoppage they need to make them. This is proving a real struggle for them, and a frustrating watch for their fans as we enter the final 10 minutes.
79'
No change in the course of this match over the last five minutes. It's City who remain in possession, showing no urgency - and why would they - as they pass it around confidently just inside the halfway line.
Minute
Description
77'
This has been a clinical and professional display from City, exactly what you would expect from the league leaders. Leicester are showing few signs of life, being made to work so hard just to win the ball back, let alone create with it.
75'
City are sucking the life out of this match, set to move nine-points clear atop the Premier League table, with Manchester United playing later today against Newcastle.
73'
STAT: Manchester City are bidding to become only the second team to win their first six away games to a Premier League campaign, after Chelsea in 2008-09 (won their first eight).
71'
TERRIFIC INTERPLAY! Absolutely stunning one-two between Sterling and Silva, as the former is played through on the right on the end of it, before sending a short cross in. It results in a scramble, but Schmeichel acrobatically manages to paw it behind for a corner.
69'
At the risk of stating the obvious, the next goal in this match is absolutely massive. Leicester need it to salvage a bit of hope, and they need it sooner rather than later.
67'
K. Ịheanachọ enters the game and replaces M. Albrighton.
A first change of the match for Leicester sees Kelechi Iheanacho on to face his former side, replacing Albrighton.
66'
OFF THE LINE! A deflected strike sits up nicely for Vardy, who runs through and heads it beyond Ederson, but Walker spectacularly tracks back and hooks it off the line! The offside flag is raised again, so it wouldn't have counted, but that's a terrific piece of defending.
64'
STAT: Kevin De Bruyne has now had a hand in 50 Premier League goals (16 goals, 34 assists). He has done this in 76 PL apps, which is the quickest by any out-and-out midfielder in the history of the competition.
62'
OFFSIDE! Finally Mahrez and Vardy link up, with the former playing a lovely little dink through for the latter, but the offside flag is raised. Vardy missed the target anyhow, but it's a small sign of encouragement nonetheless.
60'
It's all City right now as they refuse to relinquish possession, continuously probing forward in search of their third that would certainly put this game to bed. It looks like it's time for Leicester to make a change.
58'
City have adopted a more patient approach in possession, and they nearly find their third after carving Leicester apart, clinically. Sane is played through again on the left and manages to poke the ball beyond Schmeichel, but Morgan is on hand to clear.
56'
Leicester starting to show more initiative in attack, committing bodies forward in search of a way back into this game. Vardy has been starved of service in and around the area - something that needs to change in a hurry for the Foxes.
54'
Simpson and Delph exchange a few hostile words following a coming together near the touchline. Both players earn a stern talking to from the referee, but escape without any further punishment.
52'
STAT: The Foxes have lost their last eight Premier League games against sides who started the day top of the table, conceding at least two goals each time. Their last win against the league leaders came in January 1998 versus Manchester United at Old Trafford.
50'
ALMOST ANOTHER! City are flying now! Walker picks out Jesus with his cross in from the right, but somehow Schmeichel denies the striker from point-blank range, inside the six-yard box!
49'
K. De Bruyne has scored a goal for Manchester City! Assist by L. Sané.
Sane provides the assist.
SWIFT, DECISIVE, CLINICAL! From defence to attack in a flash, City have doubled their advantage, seconds after nearly being pegged back! De Bruyne is picked out atop the area by Sane, cuts onto his left into space for a shot, and powers a sublime strike into the top corner!
48'
OFF THE WOODWORK! Vardy with a delightful header that causes all sorts of chaos in the area, and Maguire follows it up, but smacks his effort off the post! Huge let-off for City!
46'
Here we go again!
45' +2
HALF-TIME: LEICESTER CITY 0-1 MANCHESTER CITY.
45'
Gabriel Jesus has scored a goal for Manchester City! Assist by David Silva.
Lovely little assist from Silva, who unselfishly served that goal up on a platter for Jesus.
CITY HAVE THE BREAKTHROUGH ON THE STROKE OF HALF-TIME! Outstanding interplay from the visitors atop the penalty area, which culminates in Sterling playing a stunning ball through for Silva, who squares for Jesus to tap into the empty net!
43'
DANGEROUS DEFLECTION! Schmeichel dives out to palm away a vicious cross from Sane, and it bounces off Maguire and back towards goal. That could have gone anywhere, but much to Schmeichel's relief it winds up drifting harmlessly aside in the end.
41'
Leicester's attacking influence has been limited as their focus remains on shutting down this City attack. It's been a rather quiet first half in front of goal from both sides, and there's no sign of this deadlock being broken before the interval.
39'
Every threatening attack City have managed in this first half has come via the same route - Silva or De Bruyne spraying balls out to the left for Sane. Leicester need to do a better job of closing that down.
37'
Time winding down in this first half and the tempo has followed suit. Leicester are doing a nice job of taking the sting out of the match here, suffocating City's high-flying attack, which just can't seem to build on any momentum.
35'
STAT: Pep Guardiola’s side have scored 24 goals in the second half of games this season – more than any other side has scored in total in the division.
33'
Appeals for a penalty as De Bruyne, played through by a delicious delivery from David Silva, sees his cross blocked by the arm of Maguire. The cross was hit with such pace that there was little Maguire could do about it. Good decision by the referee to not award a penalty.
31'
E. Mangala enters the game and replaces J. Stones.
You hate to see that. No point in speculating, but based on history, this could keep Stones out for a while. Enter Eliaquim Mangala to partner Kompany at the back - far from City's preferred duo at the back.
29'
Big blow for City! They're short on numbers in the centre of defence with Otamendi out injured, and now it's gone from bad to worse as Stones pulls up clutching his hamstring before dropping to ground. It's a non-contact injury, which is quite telling as to what it means for his immediate future.
27'
Simpson has to do a better job of closing down on Sane. The German winger has had too much time and space on the flank, and Simpson is lucky not to have been punished yet - it's time for him to tighten things up before he is.
25'
Leicester do well to halt City's momentum here, snatching back possession and keeping it well in the attacking half before winning a free-kick. They certainly appear up for the occasion today, and if City are to build on their Premier League lead, it will not come easy.
23'
INCHES AWAY! City springing to life in attack past the 20-minute mark here! Sane the provider again, finding all sorts of space on the left to flash in an inviting cross, but Sterling just fails to commit and connect with it at the far post!
21'
First threat of an opportunity for City as Sane is picked out in space on the left, surging forward before doing well to tee up David Silva in the area. The Spaniard stabs at it and sends a decent effort at goal, but Schmeichel is able to see it over for a corner.
19'
STAT: Manchester City’s haul of 31 points with a goal difference of +31 is the best ever start after 11 games to a Premier League season. The Citizens themselves are the only side in Premier League history to have recorded 34 points from 12 games, doing so in 2011-12.
17'
Excellent stuff from Leicester to start this match at both ends of the pitch. They have been able to get their creative types on the ball in dangerous positions in attack, while defensively they have not been troubled in the slightest as of yet.
15'
It's certainly been an adventurous start for Kompany! Mahrez has Delph isolated on the flank and gets beyond him with remarkable ease, sprinting to the byline and powering a low cross into the danger area. Kompany slides in to intervene and deals with it well in the end, but for a second that looked as though it might be heading into the back of his own net.
13'
Well for all the time City have spent on the ball thus far, they have precious little to show for it. Leicester are doing a terrific job of applying pressure high up the pitch, disrupting the visitors' rhythm on the ball.
11'
City will be expected to dominate possession in this match, as they are doing here, but it's the threat Leicester pose on the counter that will pose the most trouble for City, especially with Kompany and his lack of pace anchored in the back line today - and he's already on a yellow.
9'
STAT: Leicester have won two of their last three Premier League meetings with Manchester City (L1), including a 4-2 win in this exact fixture last campaign, in which Jamie Vardy scored to date his only Premier League hat-trick.
7'
There's a lovely tempo to the match, as was to be expected in a match between two sides who prefer to attack with pace. City have settled into possession here, and this spell on the ball seems to have helped Kompany settle into the game a bit.
5'
Puel, Vardy and about every Leicester supporter in the stadium are still wondering how that was not a sending off for Kompany, who certainly looks rusty in his return to the side. Stones was, possibly, offering a bit of cover there, but it certainly looked a scoring opportunity. It will be a major talking point should Leicester go on to lose this match.
3'
V. Kompany gets yellow.
JUST A YELLOW! That could have been much, much worse for Kompany! A throughball threatens to send Vardy through on goal, and the centre-half takes him out, coming nowhere close to making contact with the ball! It's a dreadful challenge, but the potential cover from Stones around the back may have saved Kompany a sending off!
1'
AND THEY'RE OFF! Manchester City get the match underway, attacking right to left, in front of a terrific atmosphere at the King Power Stadium.
Hello and welcome to live coverage from the King Power Stadium as a resurgent Leicester City side welcome runaway Premier League leaders Manchester City to town!
Table-topping Manchester City come out of the international break with a luxurious eight-point cushion atop the Premier League table, one which they will look to pad as they head to the King Power Stadium today.
Pep Guardiola has the Citizens firing on all cylinders this season, and there’s little that has not gone right for them. They have already booked their ticket to the knockout stage of the Champions League, and remain heavy favourites to claim Premier League glory in May.
Standing in their way today is a Leicester City side who have turned a corner since Claude Puel replaced Craig Shakespeare, earning seven points from three league patches (four under Puel and three under caretaker Michael Appleton).
The sudden surge has vaulted Leicester into 12th in the Premier League, as the top half of the table beckons for the Foxes should they manage an unlikely three points today against surging City.
Claude Puel makes just one change from their 2-2 draw in Stoke, with Marc Albrighton coming in to replace Shinji Okazaki. Riyad Mahrez moves into Okazaki's usual role in the centre, right behind striker Jamie Vardy.
Sergio Aguero drops to the bench for City today after suffering a bit of a health scare in Russia while on international duty with Argentina, paving the way for Gabriel Jesus to lead the line. It's one of two changes made by Pep Guardiola from the 3-1 win over Arsenal, with Vincent Kompany slotting in at the back in place of Nicolas Otamendi.
Gabriel Jesus has the runaway Premier League leaders off and running at the King Power, scoring on the stroke of half-time to send them leading into the break. It's harsh on Leicester, who have defended well through 45 minutes, but they have it all to do now.
Clinical and decisive from the runaway Premier League leaders as goals from Gabriel Jesus and Kevin De Bruyne help Manchester City widen their lead at the summit as they make it six wins from six away from home to start the PL campaign.
That's all for our live coverage, thanks for following along. Goodbye!
